We try our best to provide freshly made mallows.

We take orders by Thursday each week. Your marshmallows are then made fresh and carefully packed, ready to leave us the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).

That being said, if we have stock available we may be able to include your order in the upcoming Monday dispatch — however, this is not guaranteed.

We do this so your marshmallows don't sit waiting in a warehouse unnecessarily over a long weekend. 

If you place your order after Thursday, it will be prepared and sent out with the next weekly batch (the Monday after next).

In the near future, we plan to send out orders more frequently as they come in, so you won’t have to wait as long.
