Due to the nature of our handmade food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been received.

However, if you receive incorrect items, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in the email so we can assist you promptly.

Any refunds will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the details provided.
