Shipping policy

We ship our handmade marshmallows nationwide with NZ Post Courier. So you receive them freshly made and at their best.

Shipping is a flat rate of $13, or free on orders over $80.

Most orders are delivered to your door within 1–2 business days. We’ve tested deliveries to Nelson and Christchurch and found parcels often arrive the very next morning.

We’re committed to sending you the freshest marshmallows possible. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to weather or unexpected circumstances with NZ Post.

We carefully pack every order and do our very best to ensure that no damage occurs during packaging. However, once your parcel has been handed over to NZ Post or another courier, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
